Why 80 days? There’s nothing magical about that number, but we wondered what would happen if we took our popular 8 day challenge, added a 0 to it and asked nutrition scientist Jim Ayers to develop both a very detailed fitness regimen and eating plan to go along with it. That’s where the xperiment part comes into play.
