Jill's Before and After



A work in progress... I've lost as much as 11 lbs on an 8 day to having lost only 2 or 3 lbs on 8 days!! I try to do only two 8 day challenges a month with healthy eating between challenges. Have faith, stay the course, drink lots 
of water, don't give up....
