What is 4 ounces of protein?

4 oz of protein is generally referring to meat portion because it is generally a serving size depending on the type of meat. One serving of meat (again depending on the meat) is between 19-28 ish grams of protein. One serving of protein is equal to 23 grams.

Eggs, depending on the size (large or extra large), and depending on if you are eating white only or both white and yolk, one serving is typically 3-4 eggs (double if you are eating white only).

1/2 - 3/4 cup of almonds will equal 1 serving of protein (which is 2-3 servings of almonds).

Cheese sticks will vary depending on the cheese stick but if you stick to the general rule that 23 grams of protein equal one serving you can do the math by reading the package.
