Diana's Before and After

Kari's Before and After

I know... I totally left my face out of the picture and shouldn't have! But I love my before and after.... 10 lbs lost in 16 days! Still using the products and just watching portions and continuing to eat healthy (although I do have to cheat for pizza or ice cream once in a while! lol)... and I've lost two more pounds without trying. I'm back down to my pre-baby weight and keeping it off with ease! Thanks VW!!!

Vickie Lynn Before and After

Jill's Before and After

I am a work in progress, but wanted to share! This pic is of me at my heaviest! I tried losing weight on my own with another program, and lost about 15 lbs, but it was a daily struggle and I could not fight my cravings. Enter Xyng! Now, no more daily struggles with cravings, my BP has improved, I have the energy I need to tackle each and every day, I am exercising (on my own and not needing to be forced to do it!). I am so thankful to have been introduced to these products. The after pic is after starting the supplements and down 17 lbs. I am totally a work in progress (still have at least 60+ lbs to lose), but for the first time ever, I KNOW I will get there!!!

Amanda's Before and After

The first picture was last year on Halloween! And this is me today I feel and look like a different person! I love xyngular!

Sharla's Before and After

Today is my 8 month anniversary with Xyngular.... As of this morning, I have lost 101 pounds.....What an amazing journey this has been!!

Donna's Before and After

I'm starting my 5th day on the 8 day and down 5 pounds. Just 7 more to goal. That will make 40 pounds since the end of January.

Jill's Before and After

A work in progress... I've lost as much as 11 lbs on an 8 day to having lost only 2 or 3 lbs on 8 days!! I try to do only two 8 day challenges a month with healthy eating between challenges. Have faith, stay the course, drink lots
of water, don't give up....

Linda's Update

Just got home from shopping and had to share!!! I am so excited!! Bought this skirt at Goodwill for $3.99 and it fits wonderfully! Never in my dreams could I fit into one this size. Praising the Lord for these products!!

I am just so happy I had to share with all of you!!! After being on the products since June my Lipid Panel results are fantastic!! My total Cholesterol is 158, Trigycerides are 104!!!! The HDL is 44, and LDL is 93.........my letter from my doctor said "Congratulations"! Let me tell you I wanted to dance a jig, I was so happy! My Triglycerides originally started back in the late 90' as over 500, so can you all see why I am so elated?? In June they were still over 200 so I am very so pleased as to what these products are helping me achieve in my goals, not only the weight loss. Praying that you all have the same kind of results and keep with the products!!

Jackie's Before and After

The picture in the middle on the left hand side is of me before at 302 lbs. and the one next to it is of me down 30 lbs on day 19!!! ( 27 1/2 inches too)

But just look at my new TRANSFORMATION on the right!!!! down 38 1/2 inches not too mention from a size 34 to a 24 and away I keep going!!!

And her eating plan:
Jackie Boone's eating plan
Thank you all so much for asking me to share what all I have done to lose 52 lbs in 40 days!!!   It still amazes me too.

I did 2 ignite 8 day cleanses almost back to back, I did take 3 days off in between. Then I followed a very strict eating plan and sort of did a third 8 day program to finish the 40 days, but I did not follow it exacltly like the plan called for, so here is my eating plan.

I know that I need to be eating roughly 1200-1400 calories a day so I times thta by 7 to get a weekly caloric total. Which would be 8400-9800 calories.  I then start off by eating 1200-1400 calories on day 1, I then stagger the calories each day going either down 200 or up 200 so that by day 7 it will total to 8400-9800.      here is the breakdown

1300 day 1
1100 day 2
1400 day 3
1200 day 4
1100 day 5
1300 day 6
1500 day 7
--------------------
8900   calories   which puts me almost in the middle of the total for the week

you can play around with the days, the point is  jsut like with exercising if you confuse your body and muscles then they work harder for you to accomplish the end results for you

typical eating day of foods: for a 1400 calorie day

BREAKFAST
(around 300 calories, to be adjusted a little if on a lower calorie day)

I do oatmeal with lean.......or a lean shake with half of a small frozen banana with almond milk (put in a blender with a few ice cubes yummo!!)

Or an egg white omelet with spinach and other raw veggies with a lean shake

AM SNACK
(around 150 calories)

I either do a turkey burger patty or boca burger........but my favorite is rice cakes with hummus......... I also will take a couple of rice cakes and spread one triangle of laughing cow light cheese between the both of them and top with a slice of tomatoe

LUNCH
(around 500-600 calories)

a plate full of salad greens with loads of raw veggies ( broccoli, cauliflower, shredded carrots, cucumber and cherry tomatoes) I only use spinach and romaine hearts for my greens
I also use Walden farms sugar free, calorie free salad dressings..........made from vinegar and yummy
I will top with grilled chicken tenderloins ( 2 or 3)

I also love to make a cabage stir fry with lean turkey and sliced cabbage with some shreeded carrots and onions too   saute in a little bit of extra virgin olive oil..........I like my veggies still crunchy.............. and I add a small side salad to this meal also

PM SNACK
(around 100 calories)

I usually  have a lean shake with 2 scoops of lean and a cup of almond milk ( I use the unsweetned kind 35 calories)

DINNER
(around 250 calories)

I will have either a few chicken tenderloins or just do another shake for dinner..........if I have made my cabbage stirfry for lunch will have that for my PM snack and then do the lean shake for dinner or vice versa

ON THE DAYS THAT ARE NOT 1400 CALORIES I ADJUST THE CALORIES UP OR DOWN IN MY AM SNACK AND LUNCH............... but I try hard to keep the other meals around the same caloric intake

I am studying to become a personal trainer and take nutrition and getting my life back very seriously............. as son as I can get back to working out I shall be doing the 80 day challange and following Jim's eating plan............... but for now  this eating plan has been working very well for me.   I hope that it helps some of you and if I can ever be of any help just ask. GOD bless you all on your journey to getting well.

My doctor says this Ignite program is too much protein...

Is he right?

Actually, the doctor(s) are correct...sort of. Yes, if you're going to eat like that all the time, it's too much protein.

However, Ignite (8days) has a very specific purpose, which is to jump start your body to begin burning energy (calories) from its fat stores v. carbohydrates.

Take, for example, the Xperiment 8.0 program. You start with Ignite, and then the rest of the program is a "balanced" eating plan with the appropriate amount of carbs, proteins and fats. Total caloric intake, when to eat what, etc......is all relevant. That's the larger picture......that's what I would present to the doctor.

Easy Plan

A really easy Lifestyle plan is Day 3 (of 8 day challenge) everyday

Wake-up: Xyng, Global Blend juice, and Axion

Breakfast: Lean shake

Lunch: 500-600 calories (use Cheat or Cheat +; carbs and sugars here if you have to have them)

After lunch: Accelerate

Dinner: Protein and veggies...no carbs and sugars

1 hr before bed: Flush

**If you need small snacks, have just protein
**If you would rather eat breakfast food, have a Lean shake as one of your meals that day
**Do these 6 days out of 7 and have a FREE day...in maintenance you may be able to do it 5 days a week with 2 free days
**If you get way off track and feel your body is gaining or fat storing, do just the first 2 days of  Ignite, with shakes and protein and then right back to this plan
**Xypstix as you want
**If you are really dedicated or want more structure, more results, go to Step 2, Option 1 with the calorie zig zag

Follow these tips
 1. Drink 1/2 body weight in ounces of water every day
2. Eat most at breakfast, moderate at lunch, least at dinner
3. Be done with carbs (even whole grain) and all sugars (even fruit) by 1pm...you can have
them, in moderation, just be done by 1
4. Be done eating all together by 6-7pm
5. Keep taking the healthy supplements :)
6. Exercise

Zig Zag Plan

Step #2

Start with the 8 day challenge (STEP #1) and then use this as "Phase 2"....for additional weight loss or as a maintenance program....maybe do it during the week and take weekends off from the structured eating or follow the zig zag and pick your "high calorie days". ....never stop using your 3-4 supplements/juice/and cheat!--no matter what you eat

WAKE UP:

1 Xyng and 1 cap of juice

30 MIN-1 HOUR LATER/BREAKFAST:
Lean shake (mixed any way...fruit/coffee/whatever...see lean recipe sheet)

10 AM SNACK (5-6 oz pure protein)

LUNCH:
6 oz lean protein and as many veggies as wanted....USE CHEAT.

If you are going to have any carbs/sugars do it now....but try not to do it often--maybe 2 days a week

When at goal weight--- a carb or sugar everyday or every other day should be fine

*This should be your largest (and "worst") meal of the day

RIGHT AFTER (WITH) LUNCH:
2 Accelerate

2-4PM SNACK: (if needed)All protein small snack...USE CHEAT (yogurt-carb master only, handful of nuts,
2 hard boiled eggs, any lean protein--see protein list below)
OR
Lean shake

DINNER:
6 oz lean protein and veggies...no carbs and sugars at night! (at least 5 or 6 days of the week)

1 HR BEFORE BED:
2 Flush with 1 glass of room temp/warm liquid

***MUST ALWAYS CONTINUE TO HAVE 1/2 YOUR BODY WEIGHT IN OZ OF WATER EVERY SINGLE DAY!

Conference Call Summary So Far for Xperiment 8.0

Conference Calls for Xperiment 8.0
August 22nd, 2012--Kickoff call (answer questions, program explanation, inspiration)

August 29, 2012--call #2....kickoff team 8.2 and what to do days 9-30 team 8.1

September 5, 2012---call #3....kick off team 8.3 and on the plan for 8.2 and 8.1. wonderful info about what to expect, how to make adjustments, and sticking with it kind of motivation!

Sept 13, 2012---call #4.....kick off team 8.4 and on the plan 8.1-8.3......check it out...questions answered!

no call last week...but answer to some questions:

on Day 31.....it says add 50 cal blocks at meals....add 50 calories to breakfast, lunch and dinner that are in line with the % of protein, carb, fat. AND that is if you have been doing the 9-30 strength and cardio and have built the lean muscle to this point!

The "sets" of weights...when it says 3 sets 15.12.10...that isnt do 15-12-10, then 15-12-10, 15-12-10.....what it means is set 1 is 15, set 2 is 12 and set 3 is 10....and it should get heavier weights each time.
When you do the "curcuit training" you do the 4 machines and muscle groups....you dont do like leg press wait 15 seconds and then leg press then move to the next machine....you RUN thru all 4 machines and then go back again and do them....it is the 15 seconds to change to the next machine.

Heard of carbs and net carbs?.....been researching.....here is Jim's thoughts and opinion: He thinks a carb is a carb...count them all....doesnt matter if it is net carbs...count EVERY carb. Sugar alcohols evaporate and dont count. He thinks 400 cal from carbs a day are good...of course complex carbs

If looking at protein bars....do NOT use any with glycerin....not a fav food choice anyway because a lot of carbs and sugar...but you could have it as a meal replacement for breakfast or lunch or 1/2 a bar for morning snack...none after lunch.....his fav kind: Perfect Food Bar or Kind Bar

Does Muscle Weigh More Than Fat?

Muscle does not weigh more than fat. A pound of muscle & a pound of fat weigh the exact same. ....a pound. Muscle is LEAN, thinner & less dense, therefore, it does not take up as much space as fat. BUT, they weigh the very same. I wish that it were true, but it's just not.

Xyng helps you sleep

Xyng Helps You Sleep

Xyng Fuel For Life
Xyng raises Seratonin which will improve your sleep

The importance of sleep and how it can improve your health and fight stress is paramount.  Xyng can help you tremendously in this regard, especially if you know you will be having an eventful day.  Take it first thing in the morning and it will give you the sustained energy and mood enhancement to handle the day.  At night, it will help you have a good night's sleep.  Read below for some more sleeping tips.

  • Don't work in bed, or even in the bedroom. Turning the sheets and pillows into a makeshift desk makes it harder to see the bed as a place for rest. And definitely put away the laptop, phone, and any other technological devices well before bedtime. The artificial light coming out of these gadgets can mess up the body's natural sleep cycles.
  • Go to sleep at a reasonable hour. (And make it a habit.) Especially when we're overwhelmed with work, it can seem tempting to stay up all night putting the final touches on a project. But pulling an all-nighter can make it much harder to focus the next day. And consistently staying up 'til sunrise may impair learning abilities and contribute to higher anxiety levels. (Now that's something to get stressed about.) Stick to a regular bedtime and things may look better in the morning.

  • Wind down. It's important to take some time to unwind between shutting the computer screen and crawling under the covers. Try taking a warm shower or sipping some herbal tea. If nagging worries are keeping you awake, write them down in a journal. Or mellow out as you're drifting off with some Enya or classical tunes.

  • Take a power nap. If the stress monster kept you from getting a solid night's rest last night, try dozing off during the day. Ten to 20 minutes should be enough to wake up feeling refreshed and more alert. Just make sure to keep naps to the afternoon, so you'll still be able to sleep soundly at night.

Planning....it just takes some planning

So you are sitting there on Facebook spending another 15 minutes surfing around.  Get up and plan your food for the week now!

How easy would it be to eat healthy for the week if your food was ready to grab and go like this?

What is Xperiment 8.0?

What is Xperiment 8.0?

The best time to investment in your health is NOW!
Whether you are looking to lose weight like me {either a lot or a little} or you are already into fitness and are looking to take it to the next level and get ripped, Xperiment 8.0 is an interactive 80 day fitness experience designed to help you {and me} meet our goals!
Why 80 days? There’s nothing magical about that number, but we wondered what would happen if we took our popular 8 day challenge, added a 0 to it and asked nutrition scientist Jim Ayers to develop both a very detailed fitness regimen and eating plan to go along with it. That’s where the xperiment part comes into play.
